Be EverGlad collects only the information prospective customers choose to provide when requesting information or a Revenue Recovery Trial, such as name, company, work email, phone number, service area, and approximate opportunity volume.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate and provide the trial, support customer communication, improve our service, prevent abuse, and maintain operational records.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not request payment card details to start the free trial.

Third-party services

We may use infrastructure and business tools needed to operate the service, including hosting, email, analytics, automation, and database providers. Those providers process information according to their own terms and privacy obligations.

Retention and security

We retain information only as reasonably needed for business, security, legal, and support purposes. We use practical technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
