7-Day Revenue Recovery Trial Terms

The Be EverGlad Revenue Recovery Trial is offered to eligible residential HVAC businesses for evaluation and proof of value.

Trial period

The trial lasts up to 7 days and is available once per company. It may end earlier if the included usage limit is reached.

No credit card required

No payment card is required to start the trial, and starting a trial does not automatically create a paid subscription.

Usage limits

Reasonable usage limits apply to protect service capacity and prevent unlimited free use. Trial access may be restricted, paused, or moved to read-only when the trial period or included usage is exhausted.

No guaranteed revenue

Revenue estimates and recovery opportunities are informational. Results are not guaranteed and depend on factors outside Be EverGlad’s control, including lead quality, customer behavior, pricing, seasonality, and business operations.

After the trial

The business may choose whether to continue with a paid plan. There is no automatic enrollment or automatic charge from the free trial.

Acceptable use

The service may not be used for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, spam, or unauthorized activity. Be EverGlad may suspend access when necessary to protect customers, systems, or service capacity.
